The residence provides complete privacy, escape and relaxation, while also providing the latest technology and comfort. The residence offers a spectacular view of the lagoon, a pool, a large deck area, a private beach, and indoor and outdoor dining and barbecue facilities. The residence is designed for outdoor living, while also providing luxurious comfort inside. Interiors are created from natural materials. Cooling is provided by a deep-sea water air conditioning system; electricity is provided by solar energy and fully bio-fuel capable back-up generators that use coconut oil whenever it can be procured. Water is provided by a water desalination and purification system; refuse is picked up and recycled where possible; and sewage is treated through an innovative and environmentally friendly treatment system.
24/7 Butler Service can be provided. Also, group catering or themed special events can be designed, if milestone celebrations or family gatherings are desired.
